FAQs
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your print is made to order but should only take a few days to process. The print is then shipped out to you as fast as possible. Shipping times will depend on the destination but it is usually only a few days.
Is it high quality?
Stretched Canvas Prints
Each custom stretched canvas begins with a 12-colour Giclée print, produced from cotton canvas. Then a custom wooden frame is made from European knotless pine in the required size and the canvas print is stretched over it.
We use finger jointed canvas frames to create corner tension which helps to resist warping. For larger sizes, we add wooden ‘wedges’ to each corner; ensuring the canvas surface remains taut and allowing for easy re-stretching in future years.
• Pro-lab print on demand process with 100 year colour guarantee
• 38mm canvas depth
• Stretcher bars milled from the finest quality European kiln-dried knotless pine
• Tensioning ‘wedges’ and finger joints
• Handmade by experienced canvas framers
Fine Art Paper Prints
The paper used for the giclee prints on paper is Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm. A heavy-duty paper with a slightly textured finish. The velvety matte surface is optimised for high-contrast prints and works brilliantly for limited editions. The paper has a warm white hue providing a perfect surface for reproducing paintings.
What are the delivery/shipping costs?

What about returns?
All my prints are made to order just for you. Notwithstanding, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt - just contact me to request a return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the print has been received undamaged and in good order I will issue a refund.
Should your item arrive damaged I will send a replacement as soon as possible. Photographs of the damage will be required to pass on to the courier for their insurance.
